Nintendo 3DS Language Switch?!?!?!?!?!?

I'm not sure what sort of hacking method your brother has been stirring up, but I'm pretty certain you cannot change the language. Remember what Nintendo said? It's REGION-LOCKED (which includes language). I have an Aqua Blue one, and I can't change the language. You can on a DSi, but not on a 3DS. I think you may be confusing it with changing the Nationality it displays you as on games and StreetPass and stuff. That doesn't change the language, only, sort of, your Mii's nationality, so when you StreetPass, your profile will show up on the other persons 3DS as, for example, United Kingdom - England, or France - Provence, or United States - Ohio. Hope that helped, unless you are a hacker, you can't change language. You must buy it in an English speaking area to have it display English, like England!!!
