What is the best holiday destination with lots of excursions and night life but not clubby just fun and CHEAP!?

I just went to Sharm el Sheik with my freinds and left my husband behind. I really wana take him somewhere now similar to Sharm (dont wana go back there again I would rather see another place in the world). We want loads of things to do like water sports, aqua parks snorkling, scuba diving, we like shisha cafes and nice food, just as exiting as possible but cheap we are a young couple and want to save our money for the future. PLEASE HELP!!!
