Does aqua therapy work for a fractured hip ?

Mine did, but not for a fractured hip. I went through some sessions of aquatic physical therapy for lower leg and core weakness and imbalance. It's effective because the water takes a lot of weight off of the limbs and tissues so that they can be worked with less difficulty and discomfort. I enjoyed the uh-huh out of it because I was able to do things I hadn't been able to in years. My therapy was combined with land-based, and eventually I got stronger and acquired a greater range of motion.
