Husband has been in hospital 6 weeks it all started with shortness of breath and high INR?

then had blood in plural cavity and had to scrape and clean lung to stop bleeding, had ICU pycosis, acute kidney failure, shortness of breath and had to be placed back on vent spontanious mode and is now having plural effusion with chest tube, shortness of breath, sweeling, coughing excessive white sputum has infiltrates. heart rate is good sats are in 90s no temp. and no answers from any doctors..... also he sometimes gets very sleepy...... does someone have any idea from good experience or sources
