I want to buy mobile my options are i phone 3gs and any other android mobile like samsung google nexus?

pls pls guide me whether i should go for apple 3gs 8 GB that is just 19000 INR or any android mobile pls suggest me its urgent i m gonna buy it in this week...Thanks for ur help
