Do u agree that spending on Kasab on the name of justice is to siphon off Public Money by the Corrupt?

Our Law of the Land does not permit such action. As you know, after HC and SC his mercy petition will go to the President. Only after that his death sentence can be executed. Till then the Government of India will have to spend money for his security. There is No other alternative. So we should not get excited so much. Law will take its own coarse.
