WHAT TO DO DEPLOMA OR B.SC IN GAME DEVELOPMENT.....?

I am 12th pass out..this year...i wanted to pursue a career in game development ..bt am confused as what to do... i live in India and as much as i searched i only found that Indian collages only provide diploma courses..bt i m not sure if that will pay me good income in future...so i wanted to know what i should do..also if you know any good collages for this please refer me..thanks in advance...and i can only afford 10 lakhs rupee(INR)....for the whole course..if you know any foreign collages within this price range..i am from science stream and have secured 74% in 12th(maths)...i know c++ ..thanks in advance
