Cant decide on a theme for my liberal studies major?

Im 30, married, 2 kids. Ive worked in business for 10 years. I have an Associates degree and Im finishing up my B.S. degree now... I cant decide what to major in! I am currently set up in the Liberal Studies program to complete an interdisciplinary B.S. I can't decide on a theme. I am most interested in Psy classes but I need to pull classes together from 12 disciplines to create a theme. I like Psy, Economics, Philosophy, English and maybe a little Soc. Any ideas on a theme/ job target for these? p.s - i can also do a minor in economics or psy oh and pss - sorry for bad grammar - typing one handed with a sleeping baby in my other! :)
