Is Aqua-Tech Filters made by Penguin Filters?

Was reading a review about Aqua-Tech 30-60 filters which i have on a 55 gallon tank and it said they are just a cheaper Penguin filter i am thinking about getting their 350 i have to drive a hour one way to a pet shop. Do Aqua-Tech filters fit in the Penguin Filters if so i buy the cartridges from Wal Mart and save some money does anyone know if this is true.
