I wanna Start a National Satellite Channel or an International in India.. What'd be the expenses involved?

My Prime aim is to zealously Make a Tv Action Drama-Thriller exposing the Dark side of all (Politics-Bollywood-Underworld-Tv Media-Judicial System-Fashion World-Public Sector) sectors threading them into one long Storyline or script. About Bollywood (Only against the male actors-). And circumstantial accounts of female actors (not as victims but as endurants in male dominated industry)... If i do so, it is eminent that many immoral creatures would indirectly (male ators, politicians and many would) interfere if make one with a natioanal TV in India... No TV channel here is independent. All depend on these insane creatures. So i decided to start a channel myself. I know this decision is a mistake... It's my Zeal. I cant ignore that now.... Kindly give me a figure as to what would be the costs involved throughout the process. I always wondered how small time actors aspired to launch a channel.. PLease give me figures. It would be waste of time on your keystrokes if u suggest me to approach a channel with the script.... None here is moral or follows ethics. I really want to start a channel.. For a regional TYv channel it takes 100 Million INR (as told by a reporter who i know)... If to open a national Tv Channel ?
