I am confused between Sony Ericsson Cedar and Nokia X2......please help me out with this any one!!!!!!!!?

i am searching for a phone with a good music out put,loud n clear sound,good camera,internet n Bluetooth......a well performing phone which does not hang much.......my budget is not more than 5000 INR....
