Hi! I am looking for a Mobile Phone , I have a Budget of 10k - 15k (INR) or 200 USD - 350 USD?

What i look in a phone is the processor , applications compatible and good UI . If you have your own suggestion which doesn't match my demands, feel free to post. ( I won't go for Nokia.)
