A good graphics Card for My 19inch Monitor..?

Do not get the HD 5670, coz u'll never get the performance u expect....increase ur budget a little more and get the HD 5770.....dude its definitely worth the price, very good performance...its got a very good price/performance ratio and plays directx 11 games with ease....or if u wanna go for nvidia, go for the gtx550 ti.....or gtx450 that fits ur budget....but i recommend u to get the HD 5770 from XFX or MSI....they have the best cooling for the gpu
