Did Terra from Birth by Sleep....?

Hmm, Terra was engulfed in darkness, but Aqua saved him, so she ended up in the Dark Realm and met Ansem. Ven was in his slumber, but I'm pretty sure he woke up because in the trailer for Re: Connect he was shown watching the stars with the regular Terra, calling Sora's name. I think Terra remained the same.
